SIGNA Group's creditors
By judgments of the Second Chamber of the Court of the District Court of Luxembourg sitting in commercial matters dated 24 February 2024 and 1 March 2024, the companies listed below of the SIGNA Group were declared bankrupt following the admission of their legal representatives. Maître Max Mailliet has also been appointed curator.
Creditors whose claims arose before the opening of the insolvency proceedings (until 21.02.2024 for the first ten companies listed above and until 01.03.2024 for the last ten companies listed above) may file a statement of claim until 21.08.2024 for the first ten companies listed above and until 01.09.2024 for the last ten companies listed above.
